Announcements
(Extracted from Announcements sent out by the Local Organizing Committee)>>> Update: A reminder of deadline extension to 6th May for the Accommodation and abstract submissions
Here we would like to remind you that our deadlines of the acommodation and abstract submissions are extended to 6th May.
For your abstract submission: I am sorry to let you know that our system has a bug for the second abstract or more submissions. We are trying our best to improve it, but we worry it will take time. In order to keep the abstract book in time, we suggestion that if you just have one abstract, please directly submit it on our website; if you have two or more abstracts, please send us your abstracts by email. We will appreciate your help very much.

For your hotel booking: You need to re-book!
The meeting place and hotel has moved from Longdong Business Hotel to Best Western Pudong Sunshine Hotel. Please don’t worry, the Best Western Pudong Sunshine Hotel is better than Longdong Business Hotel, but you just need to pay the same price (CNY 450.00 for Standard room (including big-bed room or twin-bed room) with one person’s breakfast, which is about 40% off after our bargaining with the hotel). The new hotel is more convenient on the traffic. You can pay by credit card and cash (Including CNY, US Dollar, Euro, UK pound, etc.) for the hotel. There is an ATM machine in the lobby, which can change your US Dollar or Euro or UK pound (at least) to the Chinese CNY.
