The annual SuperDARN Workshop will be held June 2 - 6, 2025 at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center in Roanoke, Virginia with support from the National Science Foundation. To encourage the participation of students, early-career researchers, and members of underrepresented groups, limited funds are available to waive the cost of registration. The costs of traveling to the meeting and accommodation will remain the responsibility of the attendee. Registration includes breakfast and lunch for all days of the workshop, coffee breaks, receptions, a banquet dinner, and a mid-week excursion. We anticipate that the Workshop website will open for registration and hotel booking in late January. At this point we solicit applications from interested individuals for waiver of the registration fee. Please fill out the form at

Note that applicants will need to include a title, an abstract, and a list of authors for consideration as a presentation (oral or poster is TBD). Review of applications will begin February 15 and decisions regarding support will be made by March 1.
